Terms of use
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the NCASE platform, provided by NCASE. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
NCASE answers questions about the Saudi market from published figures; every figure carries its publisher, period and date. An AI model may write the sentences of an answer; a second model checks them, and they are labelled as such.
Research information, not advice
What NCASE provides is research information only, not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. NCASE does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security.
Check the information before you rely on it. Your decisions are your own.
Text written by AI
It may contain mistakes. It is checked automatically, but no person reviews it unless you ask for a review by an NCASE analyst, who is then named on the report.
Your account
Keep your password secret; an account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, do not try to get around its limits or security, and do not collect data from it in bulk by automated means.
Do not send briefs to people who have not agreed to receive them, and do not upload files you have no right to share, or that hold other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload and write, and you allow NCASE to process it to provide the service to you.
Figures and their sources
Figures belong to their publishers, and some may not be copied or redistributed. Downloadable reports include only figures whose publishers allow it, and the attribution that comes with them must be kept (for example the CC BY 4.0 licence of World Bank data).
Plans and payment
Nothing is charged today. Prices and terms of sale, with VAT shown, will be published before any charge.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available. We may change it, and we may suspend an account that misuses it.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the research information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Saudi law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
