Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account or using NCASEAI, the user agrees to these terms on behalf of themselves and any organization they are authorized to represent. If the user does not agree, they must not use the service.
Service Description
NCASEAI provides tools for market research, competitor analysis, feasibility work, customer personas, market monitoring, AI-assisted report drafting, editing, collaboration, and export. Features, limits, providers, and availability can vary by plan, location, configuration, and launch stage.
Account Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use appropriate access controls, keep account and organization details current, and notify [SUPPORT EMAIL] promptly about suspected unauthorized access. The organization is responsible for activity performed through its accounts and configured integrations.
Acceptable Use
Users must use the service lawfully and only with information they have the right to process.
- Do not violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, consumer-protection, sanctions, export-control, or other applicable laws.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, probe other workspaces, disrupt infrastructure, or reverse engineer protected service components.
- Do not use generated content to deceive, impersonate, discriminate unlawfully, or make high-impact decisions without required human review.
- Do not use NCASEAI to collect or process prohibited, highly sensitive, or regulated information unless a written agreement expressly allows it.
Plans, Subscriptions, and Payment
Automated billing is not currently enabled. Free, Professional, and Business launch plans describe anticipated access rather than final commercial offers. Before payment begins, NCASEAI will publish or contractually agree pricing, taxes, usage limits, renewal, cancellation, refund, and support terms. No paid subscription exists unless the customer and [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] agree to it in writing or through a future checkout flow.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated analysis can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsupported. NCASEAI may identify citations and confidence signals, but users must review sources, assumptions, calculations, translations, recommendations, and exported materials. NCASEAI does not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice.
Intellectual Property
NCASEAI and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, interfaces, documentation, models, and platform content, excluding user content. Subject to these terms, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during authorized access.
User Content and Reports
Users retain rights they hold in submitted content. Users grant [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Ownership and permitted use of generated reports may be further defined in a paid order or enterprise agreement.
Confidential Information
Each party must protect non-public information disclosed in confidence and use it only for the agreed purpose. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public without breach, independently developed, lawfully received without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law with permitted notice.
Third-Party Sources and Services
NCASEAI can connect to third-party websites, data, AI models, retrieval tools, email systems, and integrations. Third parties control their own content, terms, uptime, accuracy, and security. NCASEAI does not endorse or guarantee third-party information merely because it appears in a report.
Service Availability and Changes
The service may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, security events, provider outages, legal requirements, product development, or force majeure. Any committed service levels must be stated in a separate signed agreement.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed business outcomes. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
The final liability allocation, exclusions, and monetary cap must be completed by legal counsel for [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] and the selected governing law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Until that language is finalized, no user should treat this draft as a complete allocation of commercial risk.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment under a future paid plan, or legal necessity. Users may stop using the service at any time. Data export, deletion, survival, and transition duties may be defined by plan or signed agreement.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms will be governed by [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes will be handled by [COURTS OR DISPUTE FORUM], subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes and Contact
Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Questions should be sent to [SUPPORT EMAIL] for [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
